Brandon began teaching private woodwind lessons in 1991 for the Bearspaw School of Fine Arts. Over the subsequent five years he gained a high reputation for his students success in their band programs Royal Conservatory exams and preparation for College and University. Many of Mr. Oberhamer’s students have gone on to be professional educators and musicians themselves. During the latter 90’s and into the millennium Brandon was the saxophone instructor at Red Deer College. He taught in Calgary at Rocky Mountain College and continues to teach out of his own private studio. Technology has now allowed Brandon to offer lessons over the internet via Skype and FaceTime. Experience lessons from someone who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, and seeing the success of their students.

Mr. Oberhamer teaches all styles of music at all levels whether you are 8 years old or 80 he wants to see you get the wonderful enjoyment that comes from making music.
